Good morning! I have a Dell XPS 9570 with an i7-8750h, but it is stuck at 0.8ghz and 3%. It seems that Dell used an integrated controller which blocks the processor, meaning my computer only uses 17 watts instead of 45 watts. I updated the BIOS, but nothing changed. You can see the problem on this screenshot. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks so much for your help!

Welcome to the forum! Which BIOS version are you running now on your computer? If I were here instead, I'd probably take apart my own laptop, remove the battery completely, hold down the power button for 30 seconds to get rid of all the electricity left behind. Then turn it back on and see if that fixes the problem.

Does that restart the computer properly? I should probably take out the CMOS battery too since it's stuck behind the board and hard to reach.
