Good morning.
I own a Coffe Lake 15 8600k @3.6 CPU.
Here are my specifications:
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1070 OC 8GB Asus
CPU: I5-8600k @3.60GHz
Memory: 8 GB 2666 Mhz
Storage: gigabyte z370 HD3
Operating System: Win 10 x64
I purchased it over a year ago and am now considering an overclock.
According to my BIOS and CPU-Z, it appears already overclocked at 4.2. Is that correct?
If so, with the Core Voltage ranging from 0.6 to 1.1, should I try going higher, perhaps up to 4.6?
Thanks!

Your CPU isn't able to overclock itself. It has a turbo-boost capability up to 4.30ghz, which automatically increases frequency or power when required. The 4101mhz reading in the photo refers to the boosted frequency, not an overclock setting. Check the official documentation for your processor at the provided link. Only consider overclocking if absolutely necessary.
