Is my Cpu or motherboard dead?
I have an Asrock b85 pro 4 motherboard paired with an I5 4690k processor. I planned to overclock it to match my GTX 1080, but when I tried to test it, the system shut down completely and wouldn’t power on. After resetting the board, everything seemed fine. However, my computer has crashed twice—once with a blue screen and once with an unexpected restart during gaming. Did the motherboard or CPU fail? Or is there another issue? Any advice would be really helpful.
Attempted to push overclocking on a 'b' board, but faced consequences ;(
Only 'z' boards allow this feature

Begin with basic steps. Reset the BIOS to default and confirm updates. Execute memtest using a USB stick overnight and run the Intel CPU test to assess performance. Retrieve hardware details, configure it as sensor and logging. Monitor temperatures and voltages. The problem appears to be identifying the failing component and replacing it. What is the model of your power supply and its wattage?
