They're solid titles with stunning visuals. I'm unsure if you'll enjoy them, but the worst scenario is spending a small amount on a meal while trying something new.

Sure, if you're after a compelling narrative on a budget, the initial two entries in the Fallouts series are worth checking out. Fallout 2 stands out as one of the most engaging stories in the franchise, offering an exceptional gaming experience. While Fallout 1 is also strong, it doesn't quite match the depth and excitement of Fallout 2.

From my experience with both 2033 and Last Light, I found Last Light to be superior. The games are generally solid, and I'm thinking about getting the books since Metro: 2035 came out recently and draws inspiration from Last Light. This might be why 2033 is based on a book while Last Light is a standalone story, but both are acceptable in my view.

The Witcher 3 remains available at a discounted price, typically between $7 and $10. It’s currently the top Steam offer.

I’d choose Metro instead of Fallout any moment. Fallout works, but its RPG feel slows things down and makes me lose interest quickly. Metro feels more like Half-Life, which is great until Valve resumes focusing on single-player titles.

This game offers a visually impressive experience while maintaining solid gameplay. The narrative is decent, and the stealth system is quite strict. You'll face challenges or have the option to bypass them easily.
