Basically while I have an Alienware monitor, I am thinking about buying more screens that connect to my Alienware m17 laptop. Here is what ports are available on my computer: <> My Laptop Has 1 USB-C (that isn't Thunderbolt) and HDMI 2.0b. Maybe I can get 1 HDMI screen and 1 USB-C screen, or even 2 USB-C screens if I use an adapter to turn the HDMI into USB-C. If I bought a splitter instead of just adding another monitor, could I make more screens possible for my GPU?

Here are some details from your link about that video: A laptop has an HDMI 2.0 and a mini DisplayPort 1.4 on port One. It also has an external graphics port. This means the laptop can show pictures through two different screens at once, using one HDMI cable and one DisplayPort wire. You can't connect more than one screen to just those ports unless it's special like Thunderbolt, which lets you connect many screens together with a cable. Did you try using that specific type of docking station?

I made a mistake here. When I looked closely at that USB-C port, I found out it's actually Thunderbolt 3 because it connects to my UHD 630 graphics card. Also, seeing a little screen-out connector on the side is something I never thought would be there before.
