The $1500 price tag remains high, and I’d also like to verify whether this is indeed the very inexpensive 230V-only Bronze V2, since if it is, that would add another $100 or more for fixes.
It's a good monitor overall, but the 11900K tends to get too hot and wasn't seen as a strong choice for a gaming PC. The 7700 handles things better, using less power and staying cooler. The graphics card also performs well compared to its specs. The 3070 consumes a lot of energy despite having only 8GB of VRAM. The PSU is expensive and the build only has 16GB of RAM.
And we're during Black Friday, so expect lots of monitor discounts. The Alienware monitor seems to only offer 1080p. If you're sticking with 1080p, a 7800iPS is probably not worth it. You should be considering 1440p instead. Once you notice the difference in resolution and quality, you won't want to go back.
