I've been attempting to push my GPU overclock for several weeks now. My worry is that I noticed it's experiencing some issues, meaning when I run Valley, Witcher 3 or Overwatch it loses frames occasionally, appearing as minor slowdowns. I began monitoring my core clock during those runs and found it to vary excessively, sometimes not even hitting the speed I set. While it's normal for fluctuations to occur, I'm unsure if this level of variation is reasonable, especially under heavy usage. This video captures the afterburner monitor and Valley gameplay, clearly showing these pauses—they aren't missing frames, they're actually freezing and sometimes align with the changes. On AB you can observe how the core clock shifts.

PD: Regardless of whether it's overclocked or at default settings, it will still exhibit these unusual slowdowns.

What is your CPU and PSU? Which driver version are you currently using? You can attempt to turn off the "power efficiency" setting in the Radeon settings - gaming - global settings.
