Is it possible to turn on X.M.P. for the Gigabyte Aorus z790 PRO x model?
I assembled another PC build and verified that Windows was installed properly. However, I encountered some unusual issues when trying to activate XMP memory profiles. The system fails to boot after enabling XMP, and I can no longer access the BIOS settings except by resetting the CMOS. Despite this, when I install just one or two RAM sticks, it runs at 4800MHz, but adding all four causes the same performance drop. I attempted to enable XMP with just one or two sticks, but still couldn’t boot beyond a black screen. I need to inform the customer promptly so they can grasp what’s happening with their system. Please remember that I purchase and configure hardware for others, so my customer expected four sticks, and they were compatible. Here’s the component list:

Hi! The latest bios version is the current one (F4). I can use two RAM sticks, but even at 4800MHz—my setup supports up to 5600MHz—I still can't get xmp enabled without a black screen.
