I’ve decided to upgrade my computer hardware, intending to swap out the graphics card, central processing unit, and motherboard. Below are the components I’m contemplating purchasing:

GPU: MSI GTX 1660Ti
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600

and a new motherboard.

Considering these specifications and using custom settings, will my gaming performance consistently maintain framerates above 60?

AA: High
Shadows: Medium
Environment Details: Ultra High
Texture Detail: High
Terrain: High
Clutter: Very High
Fog: Low
Water: Medium
Screen Space Reflections: High
Volumetric Clouds: Low/Medium
Character Texture: Very High
Character: Ultra High
AO: Medium
DOF: Low

It’s impossible to predict the frames per second you'll achieve with your exact hardware configuration at those particular settings. This is particularly true because you haven’t provided details about your memory and its capacity. The best approach is to locate benchmarks utilizing similar setups, observe the settings employed in those tests, and then estimate what might work for you based on that data.
