Will my system be able to handle *Shadow of War*?

Here’s what I have:
AMD Athlon X4 640 (3.0 GHz)
RX 560 Strix Gaming (4 GB)
5 GB of RAM
I achieved 50-60 frames per second on high settings while playing *Shadow of Mordor*, and I’m hoping it will perform at lower details.

It can operate effectively. It’s utilizing a processor comparable to the original, but features one-third the graphics processing power and possesses 4 gigabytes of memory.
