CPU: I5-9400F
RAM: HyperX Predator 3200mhz dual channel
Motherboard: MSI Z390-A PRO
GPU: RX 7900 GRE
PSU: Corsair VS650
In R6 I experience fps drops and low performance, I can adjust graphics settings but it still affects my gameplay.
I've tested many solutions: reinstalling the driver, overclocking, undervolting, running as admin, toggling BAR, installing only basic drivers without AMD Adrenalin.
It seems the PSU isn't the issue because I can play Cyberpunk or other titles on Ultra for a few hours with 300w usage and nothing changes.
I'm sharing a link to a YouTube video that explains what's happening: https://youtu.be/Q2LJEb_egnI?si=oESduKckMePDG0Zj
