Seriously, that graphics card needs an upgrade; it’s significantly underpowered for your processor. Sadly, you likely won’t get a satisfying gaming experience (it might struggle with low settings and shadows, but it will be so poor that it won't be enjoyable at all).

Note: ^ This applies at 1080p resolution.

I predict it will operate at 60 frames per second when played at 720p, and it should still be playable in 1080p resolution. If not, attempt to adjust some of the options within the game itself.
