I purchased 16gb of Corsair Vengeance RGB RAM at 3000MHz and am checking if it's possible to push it to 3200MHz.

It varies based on the motherboard you're using. 3000/16 isn't ideal for starting with, so you probably won't get much performance. An Intel setup tends to be more stable and better at overclocking compared to a Ryzen one. But increasing the frequency also means you'll need to boost the case latency, which might result in a quicker clock but slower overall memory performance.
