I have a query regarding Driver information that no one in the Microsoft Community, Microsoft Learn, or Stack Exchange Super User can address. Is there any private expert consultation service available where I could seek help?

The Power Shell command returns a larger collection of 228 drivers, including their names and versions. Device Manager displays 193 drivers at most. Only a portion of these 193 appear in the Power Shell output, while the remaining 35 are unclear. The administrator command creates files for 245 drivers, which is slightly more than the Power Shell result. There are no matching details in the files generated by the administrator command that align with Device Manager information or the Power Shell list. Even the driver version data in these files doesn't correspond to what's shown in Device Manager. The driverquery/v command in Command Prompt yields 460 drivers, but only a few paths in this list seem to match entries found in the Driver Details section of Device Manager.

Sorry, it seems you're not understanding the main issue with your setup or the reason behind comparing driver lists. Let me know how I can help clarify this.

I understand your request and can explain the reasoning behind it. You need a list of all drivers on your PC along with their version details. After that, you plan to clean-install the operating system. Once everything is reinstalled, you want to verify that all drivers are up-to-date by comparing them against this list. You mentioned this process clearly, so I’m here to assist.

A good method to encourage individuals to donate their time for your cause. When attempting to assist others, we frequently ask inquiries and follow a list to determine if it's structured or spontaneous. This is the reason you were prompted with a question.

Civility must be upheld by everyone. Knowing the reason behind actions can assist with the method used. Disrespecting those offering assistance is a significant breach of forum etiquette. Drivers frequently alter their behavior, adapting to various timetables. The comparison mentioned will remain valid only at one specific moment.

Alternatively, you could obtain the drivers for your system in the same manner as everyone else. By following the suggestions from the manufacturers of the hardware. Plug and Play simplified many complexities a few decades ago.
Unless I was working with highly technical external hardware, maybe not even related to PCs, then I might be interested in specific updates or hardware-specific drivers. But then I would also understand their origins.
