I have an HP M28a printer/scanner linked through USB to my Windows 10 workstation. I need other devices to access its print and scan capabilities even when my workstation is off. My router (Netgear R7800) allows USB sharing but doesn't indicate scanning support. Can I utilize both printing and scanning features over the LAN?

When the printer is linked to your PC and the PC is turned off, it's not possible. Additionally, because the router lacks scanning capabilities, this action is also not feasible.
