Is it normal for GPU and motherboard flashing lights to appear after turning off my PC?
This began three days ago, causing my graphics card and motherboard to start flashing every time I shut down the PC.
It also fails to power on when I switch on or off the PSU; it only turns on after some time has passed and the system has cooled down.
I think the issue might be with the PSU, but I’m not sure because I don’t have enough funds to replace it. It turned out the problem wasn’t a damaged component. What do you think? Have you experienced this before?
Also, regarding my background, my GPU died (RTX 3060 Ti, six months in use). I’m currently using an old GTX 1070, which often causes strange pixels during BIOS boot and sometimes freezes during intense gameplay. This issue might be related to the graphics card as well. I need to replace the GPU soon, but I’m hesitant since it would cost money. Meanwhile, I’m not sure if my PSU is also failing—should I consider that too?

The power supply has been in use for about a year, the BIOS is up to date, exact version unknown. I tested it with a PSU tester and found it functioning properly; also checked jumping the PSU and fan operation is normal. The motherboard displays a CPU LED alert. I also powered on the motherboard without the CPU and still received the alert, suggesting the motherboard might be faulty. Any advice?
