Thank you for the suggestion to turn off IPv6. I did disable it and restarted, but I'm still experiencing speeds around 300 Mbps on my Ethernet connection. It's worth noting that my phone is getting 734 Mbps over Wi-Fi, which looks quite good. Disabling IPv6 didn't solve the problem, so if you have any other ideas or tips that could help identify or fix this issue, I'd really appreciate your advice. Thanks again for your assistance!

Thanks for the advice! I changed to Google's DNS servers 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, cleared the DNS cache, reset network configurations (netsh commands), and restarted my computer. However, my speed remains around 319 Mbps, while upload is reaching the expected 36 Mbps.

What speeds are you actually getting from your ISP for uploading and downloading?

Usual download rate is 1036 Mbps, while upload speed averages 40 Mbps. Tech confirmed the modem achieved 1035 down last night.
