Hi guys, I need some assistance. My audio mic and sound cuts out unexpectedly when using my PC. It’s really frustrating—I’ve tried resetting everything and even re-downloading Windows, but nothing works. But if I update the driver or change them, it seems to fix the issue.
I’m using Windows 10 (activated).
What should I do?

Typically, audio issues are resolved at the device level (headphones or speakers). Have you explored alternative options that are known to work with these devices?

I'm also facing similar problems with my Corsair Void Pro RGB USB headset, which is quite old. I haven't replaced it despite having a new model available in the store.
