I am not exactly sure where the trouble might start, but lately whenever I upload stuff to YouTube, my PC makes extra sounds. I have an afterburner to see how hot my GPU and CPU are, and it looks fine (high 30s to low 50s). I don't know if the noise comes from the hard drive, the fans working too hard, or the power supply. I just feel lost. My videos are saved on my HDD instead of my SSD. Also, I keep getting buffering when watching Twitch or YouTube while uploading, even though upload and download should be separate. Loading web pages used to be fast for sure so I didn't notice any difference there. This part is causing the problem since forever ago.
