I'm a CSGO player... My PC specs are: i5 4460, Asus Gtx 960 Turbo Series 4GB, H97M-D3H Gigabyte. Last time I played CSGO with an i3 4150 I got over 200 FPS, but switching to the i5 4460 only gave me around 100 FPS. Help me out! Thanks in advance.

Although the i3 might marginally outperform the i5 in CSGO, the problem isn't related to a bottleneck. Look at temperatures, verify turbo boost is active in BIOS, and assess CPU performance when under stress.

Which is more relevant: GPU temperature or CPU temperature?
