Yes, a 5070 works well with your setup.
1080p 24" is fine, but you can definitely increase the size and resolution if desired. Even with your current 2070 Super, there are many games available at 1440p.
You might also consider a high-performance 1080p display in the several hundred hertz range, depending on your gaming preferences.
