No. Unless you have a manual overclock set up. It's fine, but it will really cut back the maximum possible boost because it'll draw more voltage than what's actually needed for stability. That means the thermal limit will drop compared to using only the voltage required for stability, which is usually lower than what auto-voltage chooses.
