Thank you friends! I know CPU doesn't directly influence SSD performance, but I've noticed a decrease in CPU speed percentage at Advanced Power Settings>Processor Power Management. It seems like this might be affecting the SSD heat slightly. You're right to wonder if it's related to the SSD. Maybe I'm missing something here.

In any case, I chose to activate the "Passive" System Cooling Policy in that window, which could help reduce overall heat. I've seen thermal regulation can lower temperatures quickly—maybe this would work similarly.

The laptop is limited to the Balanced plan only. Attempting to add default plans through CMD results in errors or shadow additions. No alternative power plans are available.

My laptop was originally shipped with Armoury Crate, but I thought it was unnecessary bloatware. Should I download the newest version from ASUS and experiment with the settings? I've heard that the Slient profile really helps.
