I’m considering improving my computer's performance and discovered the Intel Core i5-7600. Currently, I use a Dell Inspiron 3656 with a GTX 1050ti, and I’m curious about whether this processor upgrade would be a suitable choice. My primary gaming activities include titles such as Fortnite and Overwatch. I'm planning to visit a nearby computer store for professional installation assistance. Thank you.

Based on my research, the Dell Inspiron 3656 is equipped with AMD processors.

Here are its specifications:

If this proves to be accurate, you won’t be able to install any Intel processor within your machine. Actually, unless you’re utilizing a very basic processor, there likely isn't a beneficial upgrade available since the AMD FX series of processors has been discontinued.

Unfortunately, BGA processors, such as the AMD FX-8800P, are permanently affixed to motherboards, making it exceptionally challenging to update or substitute them.
Common elements present in the Dell Inspiron 3656.
