No, it is not a problem if you install Windows on the regular SATA SSD and use the fast Nvme m.2 drive for your games and apps. You will get better performance when using both drives together because they work well with each other. Your computer has enough power to run smoothly without any bottlenecks from just having two different types of hard drives connected at the same time.

It won't cause any trouble because your hard drive is not completely filled up. The computer will still work well in general use.

That's totally okay. But be careful not to put all your stuff on only one hard drive or the SSD, or it might break things down.

With a small hard drive, put your new stuff on another one instead. Don't click that quick "Express" button; choose "Custom." Move the drive from C to D or somewhere else. Also, don't trust the automatic installs because they might pack in lots of extra files and programs you didn't ask for.
