I enjoyed playing GTA V on Xbox 360 and Xbox One prior to its PC release. I’m really into GTA Online on Xbox One, but I wonder if it’s worth getting a PC version for modding and other customization. I doubt I’d play much of it since most people talk about hackers. Thanks!

You could easily find it for a very low price. I spent more than 1,000 hours on PS3 and about 20 hours on PC, heavily modifying it. It doesn’t seem like a good investment right now.

People often claim there are many hackers because they exaggerate the frequency of encounters. In your 150 hours of playtime, you likely only interacted with a few individuals, making it seem like there are more than usual.

Online is only fun with friends. It gets boring without anyone. The storyline is amazing!

I'm worried about what could happen to me. Playing a lot of Xbox might make me lose interest quickly on PC.

I understand. However, I've already wrapped up the plot once.

I thought I’d be playing a lot, but I’m not even installing it yet—I only use it a bit.

I believe it's best to focus on gaming with friends on Xbox. If I discover a good deal, I could consider getting it for PC too.
