and the temperatures of the VRAM and hotspots are rising each day. Has anyone faced this problem? Currently, my GPU temperature is 72 degrees, VRAM is 90 degrees, and the hotspot is at 97 degrees. If I try to overclock the card, will raising the power limit be secure?

Are all critical data protected with backups in at least two separate locations away from the build? Confirm the backups are recoverable and readable.
Has the machine been opened for cleaning to remove dust and debris? Ensure every connection, card, RAM, jumpers, and case parts are securely positioned.
Check that all fans are functioning properly, not obstructed or damaged.
I monitor temperature with MSI afterburner. My computer is brand new, dust-free and clean.

The PSU would likely be my initial concern.
What's the age of the PSU?
It has been heavily used for gaming.
I should rely on those familiar with Montech PSUs.
