Hello. I’m experiencing an unusual issue where my mouse pointer appears as two lines, and sometimes it also becomes unstable or increases in size. This started after playing helldivers 2 and the computer shut down completely. After turning it back on, these problems began to occur again. I’ve rebooted the machine several times but it hasn’t resolved the issue.

I also performed a system stability test on AIDA64, which ran for 18 seconds before the whole computer turned off. The GPU I’m using is a Dell GeForce RTX 3060 Ti LHR, which I obtained during a time when GPUs were scarce, and I had to purchase a pre-built one. This problem seems to be emerging now.

The issue began after playing helldivers 2 and the computer suddenly stopped. A PC will shut down unexpectedly for two main reasons: overheating or insufficient power from the PSU when under load. The GPU I’m using is a Dell GeForce RTX 3060 Ti LHR, which I obtained during a time when GPUs were hard to find, so I bought it pre-built. This problem seems to be emerging now. When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it’s important to provide full system details. Please list your specifications clearly, such as: CPU, CPU cooler, motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, GPU, PSU, chassis, OS, monitor, and include the age of the PSU along with its make and model. It would also help to check if there’s dust or debris blocking the GPU vents, which could affect heat dissipation. Use GPU-Z to identify any zero values in relevant fields and review Device Manager for error messages.
