Recently I turned on XMP in the BIOS, and then discovered gaming mode. The MSPI X570 is it a good investment? What effects will it have? Some say it could harm the CPU, while others warn it might cause crashes.

MSI offers three or four boards featuring the MPG branding and an X570 chipset. The "Gaming mode" refers to MSI's auto overclocking feature. These tools vary significantly in performance, from modest speeds with high voltage to more aggressive settings that may exceed safe operating limits. Disable these features and simply enable PBO. If this relates to a Windows setting, the outcome may not differ much.

Thanks in advance, it's interesting. Do you have the MSI MPG X570 gaming edge Wi-Fi?

Check the bios for instructions. If not, look at the help section or contact support.
