I'm not sure if you're in the correct location, but can someone assist you?
You recently installed Windows 11 and aren't able to connect an Ethernet cable to your PC.

Use a different computer and visit the manufacturer's website for your motherboard. Locate your motherboard, quickly search online using the make and model, then check the website for support information. Once there, download the necessary chipset, network, and audio drivers for Windows 11 and install them.

First thought, since this is a new OS install, did you install the chipset and peripheral drivers from the motherboard ?
Have you checked the Windows device manager for any devices with question marks ?

I attempted to install the drivers but received the message about the Realtek network controller being missing when deep sleep mode is active. Please check the cable connection.

To proceed with installing the LAN driver, it's necessary to install the chipset drivers first.

I put in the AMD chipset drivers, but the message remains the same: "the Realtek network controller wasn't found if deep sleep mode is on, please plug the cable."

Was das Licht am Anschlüssel aufleuchtet, wenn du den Kabel steckst? Das könnte ein defekter Mainboard sein.
