I recently purchased this PC and upon entering the BIOS, it indicates that the system fans are operating at 0 RPM despite functioning at full speed. The fans aren't being recognized by the PC either.
Mobo: MSI B660M Bazooka
The CPU cooler's RPM is being reported accurately.

When your case includes a fan controller, and your fans are linked through the controller rather than directly to the mainboard, this is perfectly acceptable. This setup works well in my configuration too.
