Currently 25 Euros on my country while a 212 evo is 45. Want to know if this is a good cooler and if any of you have past experience with it

It's a solid low-end cooler. You might be able to push it further with some overclocking. The Cryorig H7 offers better value for money. For a mid-range appearance on the Scythe Mugen 5, consider the Cryorig H5 Universal or Be Quiet! Shadow Rock 2.
