According to what I've heard, the issues are mostly fixed but still have some problems. I might wait until the summer sale to buy this.

Really annoying issue. It didn’t run smoothly on many computers and kept hitting the 60 frames per second limit.

it's an absolutely amazing game, one of the best for 2015 IMHO i loved every bit of it and will replay it in the future. i paid 12$ for it on G2A, was worth every penny.
