It's fine, but it would be better to review yourself and turn off services, adjusting which ones start up.

Windows defrag works well (just keep in mind don’t defrag SSDs) and it’s useful for cleaning shortcuts and the registry.

It functions similarly to Cleaner but with more detail. I tried it and it removed many files that Cleaner missed. I also saw a significant improvement in how quickly Cleaner searched the registry after using AVG tuneup. Typically it takes around 400-500ms for a scan, but with AVG tune up it went down to about 100ms for a complete search.

They offer a trial period that spans a few days. You can apply it once for a complete cleanup, then install ccleaner for ongoing maintenance at no cost.

The sole tool I rely on for cleaning my PC is ccleaner. All other tasks are done manually.
