Is anyone else playing Metro Exodus?
The download is progressing slowly due to my connection. I was frustrated that Epic Games refrained from offering a downloadable option before purchases were made. However, many people seem to enjoy the Metro franchise, especially Metro Exodus. Did you acquire it prematurely through Steam or Epic Games?

I recently completed more than an hour of gameplay and found it to be quite enjoyable. It deviates significantly from typical games; I needed some adjustment. The gameplay mechanics are distinct from those in other titles I’ve experienced. Performance is excellent at 1440p with my GTX 1080 Ti. I appreciate the narrative thus far, though it lacked impact until the revelation.
This marks my initial experience with the Metro series.
