I entered my planned build into this calculator and received that link. However, I might not get the 4080 model but rather a 4070TI, which wasn't available there. Also, this seems like a suitable power supply according to the tier lists: Corsair RM850x 80 PLUS Gold.
It's a very solid power supply and you'll feel comfortable using 850w. I'm running 11700k (default turbo) with 3080Ti, along with other components on the same PSU. The 3080Ti uses a bit more power than the 4080, but it should still work fine or you could consider the 4070Ti.
