Hi, guys! I'm checking if the EVGA G3 550W is sufficient for pushing my GTX 970 and Q9650 to their maximum potential. I thought 650W might be too much, but is 550W really enough for full overclocking?

Yes, their G3 series is quite strong, so you shouldn't run into problems. Just keep in mind that using a GPU with the Q9650 bottleneck won't be very helpful (even after replacing the Q9650). It's still straightforward to overclock the GPU, so feel free to proceed.
