For a while now, I've been getting this weird problems with my PC. When I play games/talk in discord/ do school stuff/ watch yotube or basically do anything there is a slight chance that my PC will just freeze and i need to force restart it. Sometimes it is an instant black screen, sometimes the screen just freezes, but my PC keeps running. In most cases i hear outputs of my pc (my friends talking, video, or game volume), but i can't press or do anything. My friends in discord can hear me for roughly 5 seconds and then I can only hear them. When that happends the only thing that's lefft to do is to press and hold the power button. Sometimes the freezes dont happen for a while (~1 week), but they usually come back. If a freeze happends, there is more chance that the freezes that day will be more frequent. When I play videogames, my CPU utilization is around 90-99 percent, my GPU is not overheating. I should also mention that there has been a problem in the past, when I bought the pc it said in the catalogue that it had 16GB of RAM. However, 1 of the memory stick was not properly put into the motherboard and my system said that my pc had 8 GB of RAM. The PC was in a state like this for maybe a year or two. When I actually realized what was happening i put my second stick properly and then the system said it was 16GB. So maybe there is a chance that 1 memory stick is maybe more used than the 2nd one?!(IDK really im just guessing) Me and my friends never found the source of this freezes so I am reaching out to you all. (SRY for the bad english/typoes, im not a great english speaker and my knowledge in PC's is not that advanced) If you have some free time to maybe find the source of my probem I would be very gratefull <3.
