Hello everyone! Recently the ads in my browser (chrome) have become really bothersome. Almost any link that appears is an ad, and they even show up in emails, YouTube annotations, and sharing to Facebook. I’m trying to find a way to remove them. (I use adblock, but it doesn’t help with this issue.) It’s not the usual pop-up ads like before—now it feels like random ads, like when I clicked share to Facebook on YouTube.

Verify your add-ons or extensions, as an adware program might be concealed there.

Install Malwarebytes along with a few free antivirus tools. It seems ads are being displayed on your device.

Check your Chrome Extensions and programs through the Windows Control Panel. It might be some malware. Would you like me to capture the suspicious ads for you? I can help identify whether they are genuine or not.

It definitely resembles malware. Following my advice, check the Chrome Extensions and your control panel for a quick virus scan as recommended.

I also use Chrome. The adblock functions perfectly for me. Please ensure you obtain this ad block from the Chrome store link provided.

I also had the same issue, and the free trial for MalewareBytes resolved it completely.
