It's unusual, but typically issues like this point to a chipset or RAM problem. In most cases, using an AMD chipset is preferable rather than the one from the motherboard manufacturer. If you're unsure, consider upgrading to a better dual-channel RAM setup. For example, switching to a Trident Z 5200 (2x16) seems like a solid option right now. Also, disabling XMP profiles (like jdec speeds) might help.

They mention something odd or it might be related to RAM. Check the RAM at JEDEC speeds first to eliminate that possibility. If it isn’t a RAM issue, consider updating the BIOS firmware and chipset drivers. Also disable power-saving settings in Windows—such as C-states, PCIe ASPM, USB selective suspend. Try updating other firmware, like your SSDs if you haven’t done so before. If all drivers are current, the firmware is up to date, and RAM is fine, then the next likely suspect is the power supply unit. But so far there’s no evidence pointing that way. It seems more likely a RAM, chipset, driver, or firmware problem.

I believe the issue isn't here, as I've thoroughly tested the rams. I've used both XMP and EXPO profiles, tried the default settings at normal clock speed, updated the BIOS firmware (including clearing CMOS), adjusted the chipset drivers, and turned off most power-saving features. For the SSD, I've replaced it with a new one and updated its drivers.
