Ok super weird issue. one of the PCs in my house is having an issue where streaming services buffer and load very slow (netflix/youtube/spotify). LAN connection, No packet loss, average ping to google 9ms, 300mbps down and up. I tried setting DNS and static IP manually issue still happening. Rebooted the PC and all of my networking equipment multiple times. Issue wouldn't go away. However after hours of troubleshooting I found when I go into my network adapter settings and disable IPV6 the issue goes away entirely. My question/s do I need to have IPV6 enabled? will i run into any issues having IPV6 disabled? and does anyone know why having it enabled is causing streaming services to load so insanely slow?

If you're not using IPv6, disabling it is possible without any issues. The most likely cause of problems would be driver conflicts. You might want to remove your network drivers and install the newest versions from your manufacturer's website.

It might be due to routing complications, though it's tough to pinpoint exactly without understanding the full network setup. Turning off IPv6 could help, but it seems unlikely to happen as quickly as Netflix is still around.
