The setup process was quick and efficient. I used ioQuake 3 x64 with OpenGL, DMC4 [DX9], and TR2019 [DX11]. Successfully configured the custom P-State in BIOS for accurate CPU display in Windows 10. [Screen capture included] Even though CPUZ doesn’t understand what’s happening, it still works fine—lol! If you run the P-State at 9829 instead of 8120, expect a powerful VRM heatsink due to heat buildup. I built one myself. There wasn’t a fixed resolution for each game, but I included screen grabs for settings reference. Mostly relied on auto-detected defaults with small adjustments per title. But wow, this thing is quite demanding! Enjoy the initial builds, and see you next week! Imgur link below: https://imgur.com/a/uYRoSov Also check out this GPUZ capture: https://imgur.com/a/JPfiMRi

I had assured myself of "correct" standards and here we are! Evaluation approach ================= Analyze to hit around 60fps in older [x360/PS3 period] games and 30fps in newer ones [XO/PS4 era]. First, let's pause before moving on—let's clarify what this APU actually offers. If the GPUZ display we captured matches an R7 350, then it aligns with the specs listed here: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/ra...-oem.c2682. However, this seems doubtful since the manufacturer's drivers are still in very early stages [details to follow]. There are also details for the AMD Kryptos APU from the Chuwi Aerobox mini PC: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/amd-kryptos.g956 These correspond closely to the AMD Radeon R7 360 896SP (https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/ra...96sp.c2811). Still, it’s questionable given the beta status of the software and hardware. Looking at the comparison below, these claims about performance matching the Xbox One are credible. Here’s a link to an article on the XO APU: https://www.extremetech.com/gaming/17173...-small-gpu So the information we have should be: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/xb...-gpu.c2086 Nevertheless, because of the Windows 10 OS overhead and beta driver support, actual performance falls short compared to the real XO. These components likely serve as QA samples [inference based on die markings]. BENCHMARKS ========== Since we now understand the hardware better, let's move to concrete numbers. [Refer to the linked setup for precise configurations] All tests used built-in tools from each game, with default settings: 512MB frame buffer and 1333MHz RAM. Here are some key results: - Game: *Bioshock Infinite* - Detail: Medium - Resolution: 16:9 - FPS: ~59.19 at 900P - FPS: 51.15 at 1080P - Game: *Batman Arkham City GOTY* - FXAA (low) - High settings - DX11 OFF - No VSYNC - Motion blur off - FPS: 105 at 900P - Game: *Tomb Raider 2013* - Settings: Low - FPS: 30 at 1080P - FPS: 58 at 900P - Game: *IoQuake 3* (max settings) - FPS: 170.2 at 720P (min) - FPS: 168.3 at 1080P - Game: *Rise of the Tomb Raider* - Settings: Low - FPS: 63 at 900P - Game: *DOOM Eternal* - Performance: CPU compatible, but BETA driver lacks Vulkan support. - FPS: ~30 at 720P (low) - Power usage: 450W Silverstone SFX PSU is sufficient for now; future upgrade to 150W Pico would be considered. Conclusion: For many titles, you can achieve decent performance—especially at lower resolutions—though full 720P at high settings remains challenging. For the best results, adjust settings accordingly.]

I saw this too—there are two choices: how intense is the heat and what risks it poses for the board. For a 2.35ghz run with the 9820 mode, I’m curious about building a custom VRM heatsink. Any guides or tutorials would help? Since buying extra parts isn’t worth it, a DIY solution sounds practical. Do you have other drivers besides the RX 350 one? If so, can you share links? Also, are there more than just the beta versions for the GPU? If yes, when should I look for updates? I’ll keep an eye on this thread and appreciate any new driver suggestions.

I crafted my VRM heatsink by removing/drilling parts and aligning previous heatsinks on a sturdy plastic sheet—any durable plastic will suffice. Secure them with Arctic Alumina Thermal adhesive. Make sure the surface is perfectly flat, then remove the plastic once cured. It doesn’t look great, but it functions.

The recognition is very nice! Big thanks to @GabenJr and team for the mention. Means a lot and we are happy to help! It's not every day that happens, so it's a permanent memory. Thank you. @themadhaxor thanks for posting this.

If I find some time later, I’ll check back with my Uncle and do additional tests to see if the game works on newer systems. The main issue is we won’t get updated GPU drivers, which means no full OpenGL or Vulcan compatibility. That’s a bit of a letdown.

It would be intriguing if he were driving a different vehicle... but improbable. I looked everywhere and only discovered the one you saved and exchanged with me, @ShrimpBrime. The link you provided remains functional.

I'm still using my OneDrive account. Just in case. The download link I received is no longer valid. I'll keep the driver accessible for others until then.
