I verified the port status by testing connectivity. The server was indeed running on the IP address 192.168.0.16 during that check. My ISP is XYZ Communications. They are not using CG-NAT, and my external IP appears as 10.5.67.89 on the router interface.

This setup seems fine if it's the only router you have. Enter the command netstat -ano | findstr :25565 and verify your server is actively listening. You might also require a firewall allowance in Windows.

The port appears to be inactive on canyouseeme.org. The server is accessible from that IP address. My internet service provider is A1 Croatia. I’m unsure about CG-NAT, but in MW2 my nat type is closed if it relates to that. My external IP on the site is 213.xxx.xx.xxx, but it wasn’t found in the router settings. Appreciate the help!

I checked the CG NAT configuration. It seems to be active. It displays 100.125.112.251.

Check your IP in both config and router. It shows 100.125.112.251, which could indicate CGN.
