Routers can clash frequently. Disable DHCP on your router and switch to using it as an access point.

It seems your router is assigning addresses within the same subnet as theirs. You can adjust this by switching to a different network, such as 10.0.0.0/24, or follow the advice given by @Blue4130. Disable the router's routing and DHCP functions so it only functions as a switch and access point. This way, you'll receive IP addresses from the upstream router you're connected to.
