You clarified the issue with the second one—seems like the network settings reset unexpectedly. Restarted the PC and still saw no changes. I’ll try again as an admin, possibly because I didn’t run the command with elevated privileges. I should also reset the IPv4 configuration to automatic. After the restart, it showed manual mode but was completely empty. Edit: You were correct about my reply timing. Be right back.

Yes, I'll update everything to auto and make sure to execute the commands once you choose administrator in the command prompt.

Did you refer to the update that made Windows display a pop-up saying "Yeah new features blahblah!" and later showed the message "Hello. We are now configuring your windows update"? I thought that update was problematic, but it didn't resolve the issue for me. Running CMD as an administrator helped reset several settings, and I restored the IPv4 configuration to auto before doing the reset.

I clicked the Windows icon, followed by the power switch and then "Restart."
