Hey, over the last couple of days I've been streaming Twitch just for fun, but about two days ago my OBS dropped to 0kbps and kept saying it was disconnected. After a minute it reconnected and everything worked again. I also noticed my internet stayed smooth while chatting on Discord with friends—no lag or issues. Now that the connection is back, everything seems perfect. Can you help me figure out what happened?

Only for Twitch or similar platforms, right? It seems like the ISP side is something you can't influence.

It appears everything is connected through your Minecraft server, and everyone experiences lag during certain events. You tried resetting the router, but you're unsure of other solutions to resolve the issue.

You can browse the web, but it depends on your connection. If your service was fully unavailable, accessing the internet would be nearly impossible since requests can't be sent. Who provides your internet service?

Are you using a wired or wireless setup? The WiFi dongle has overheated during Minecraft server hosting because of the constant demand.

All operations are halted, the source is offline while the end system remains active.

Also noticed this phrase appears when "TCS Partial Service" is mentioned—it seems to indicate the upstream system has stopped functioning.

Review your signals dashboard. Observe how many or if any upstream links are restricted while the problem occurs. Also monitor the voltage level. It seems your signal might be near the safe limit, possibly fluctuating often.

The situation hasn't been resolved recently, especially under heavy power loads. To address this, consider adjusting the system load or temporarily rerouting power to alleviate strain.
