The internet speed on all my devices in the house is generally good, except for my PC which only manages around 2mbps instead of the usual 60mbps. Task manager showed no unusual activity, and I tried restarting it. It’s a bit puzzling that my upload speed is currently about 9mbps, which seems unusual.

I have permission to manage the admin panel, but I prefer not to restart the router because others are also online.

Checking for network quality settings on your router and confirming whether you're connected via Wi-Fi or a wired connection.
