Power line adapters come with a speed rating, but they often don’t hit it. Based on what I’ve seen, this seems typical for budget or older models. I’d prefer wireless if you can find a solid adapter and router. I noticed improvements in ping and speed, but stability dropped when switching from power line to Wi-Fi. Now I use a cable, and my PC offers the best latency, performance, and consistency.
