I have a default ISP provided router. My router doesnt supprt QOS nativly but i was trying to see if there was away to use QOS somehow without Flashing the router or buying a new one?

Verify if your router has ddwrt or comparable open-source firmware support. Understand the purpose of QOS clearly.

I prefer not to change the router's firmware, as that’s the main problem. I’m just focusing on creating rules to prevent bandwidth-heavy devices from using too much data.

If it isn't part of the firmware, you're in trouble. Also, for an ISP-provided unit, you probably can't update it with any software.
