You're facing a tricky setup with your new IT role. The internet went down last Friday, and you're trying to get everything back online. Your environment includes a Cisco router linked to a D-link switch, which connects to the domain controller, application server, and some server room computers. The switch has 16 ports, but only a few are active—mostly for VoIP and security. The cable to the switch room connects to an HP 1800-24, which splits into two more HP units and a few patch panels. You're having trouble getting the internet to reach these devices. The previous IT person recommended rebooting the router and switches, but that didn’t help. You're now mapping the network and trying to troubleshoot. The issue seems to be with network propagation, especially since only one switch web portal works when you connect your laptop. The other two seem unresponsive. Consider checking physical connections, ensuring the switches are powered and updated, and verifying that the IP configuration is correct. If possible, try connecting directly to the domain controller via another method or consult your network admin for further guidance.

It appears you're asking about a Cisco router's type and capabilities. Specifically, you want to know if it's an enterprise model, an SMB router, and how it connects to the internet via fiber.

Thanks for the assistance. It turns out two of the HP switches failed the weekend before I began work. That was a difficult time.
